"We met with Wally, showed him the very rough plans we had, discussed our ideas and the vision we had for the end result. He "got it".  After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. It wasn't easy to take an existing structure that couldn't be changed and design a workable, functioning unique interior but Wally was able to do just that.
We found him very open and easy to work with. His explanations of what would and wouldn't work were valuable knowledge for us.

"High quality work. Their contractors are very skilled. Price was reasonable. Anyone thinking of using their services should know to read the description of proposed work very carefully --- make sure everything you expect to be done is explicitly listed. As this project progressed there were a number of unpleasant surprises (you wanted the walls textured? that will cost extra). One or two surprises is probably normal, but this was more like five or six. I'm not sure why, but as the project neared completion the work slowed to a crawl. There were weeks where one person came out once to do half an hour of work and that was it. Still, I'm giving them an A because the final result is excellent and I felt the price was reasonable."
