Julie Corley was the perfect interior designer to create a new design for our family room that gave a 50-year-old home a fresh, updated look. Her design expertise from years of experience was evident from the start. She helped us tear out old shelving and cabinetry to create a beautiful accent wall, as well facelift the old brick fireplace with beautifil stone veneer, and select new flooring throughout the downstairs. In addtion, she created a new living space in the family room with a unique furniture placement design that created a much more inviting and intimate space to enjoy with company. Her expertise with helping us select materials and colors ensured a beautifully blended look that we would never have been able to achieve on our own. In addition, all of Julie's contractors were experts in their craft and the workmanship was superior. The icing on the cake: Julie is a fun person to be around and fun to work with. I highly recommend her company Sache Designs for any interior remodeling/updating projects whatever the work scope.

Sache suggested a better living room furniture layout that gave us a better flow and look of the room. She advised on paint colors as well. She’s very helpful and full of ideas.

Julia is very responsive. She is a busy lady but when she is with you there is no sense that she has to be anywhere else. She is highly experienced and creative. She works from a blank slate with every client; considering the overall space and what the client wants to do with it. She can create a comfy nook or a whole house scheme. And she has a photographic color memory! I needed to have some serious fixing up and freshening for selling my house and we sold it in just a few weeks.

It cost me $125 an hour. It was very good. The workers were very good as well.

The designer was very helpful and most patient in showing me several books of fabrics for a sofa.  I had two sofas that had good "bones" but the fabrics were outdated.  The plan was to recover.  I spent about an hour looking at fabrics and in the end, with the designers help, decided to completely replace the furniture.  It was the designers advice that the sofas that I had didn't fit the room well.  I would not have been able to "see" it without her guidance.  I believe that the cost for a designer is in having someone with the artistic sense to choose the color palette as well as create a balanced and attractive look for a room.  Recently I had a conversation with Sache Designs regarding having a remodel for a bathroom.  She advised me that they are able to do anything from a complex and total makeover down to a simple spruce up.  I'm comfortable using them in the future for this job.

My wife loves her. She's very helpful. The price is a tad expensive but, it's worth it.
