Mr. Basel and his team has been amazing to work with. Very professional, efficient, and quick in getting the job done. Great quality of work and price was good compared to others; They were the most reasonably priced with the highest customer rating. They replaced my carpets with hardwood flooring in the 2nd floor of our house including the stairs. The floors are beautifully done and we appreciate the attention to details. They cleaned all over when they finish. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Basel and his team do amazing work. From the start to finish, even before signing a contract with them to start the work, it was a good experience. Every time I look at the work they've done, I'm so thankful we went with them to complete the work. Mr. Basel was accommodating, patient and considerate throughout the entire process. One point to emphasize: if you're flexible about the design and execution, you'll enjoy working with them. If you're inflexible about changes (i.e. desired tile out of stock, wonky dimensions, etc.), you'll be frustrated. Overall, the cost, quality of work, lead time and experience cannot be beat. We definitely plan to work with them on future projects and gladly recommend them to our friends.

I have been searching for a remodeling company that I feel I can trust, and does quality work. I am so glad I found sunshine flooring and remodeling. They did an amazing job pulling up 30 year old tile and replacing it with beautiful new tile. They also replaced my baseboards. The crew showed up early every day and worked tirelessly. They finished the job in 3 days, which to me was amazing. I feel so confident in using this company that I am going to use them for all my future remodeling.

The team worked very well together. Each guy knew his job and they came in a quickly evaluated what was to be done. Except for a 1/2 hour lunchbreak, they worked very well together and finished in a timely manner. Very professional. I'm proud of the beautiful job Basel and his team did on my floor. Looking forward to to working with them again for more remodeling work.
