"Absolute waste of time and money. I scheduled a very simple job - replace two exterior wall sconces (porch lights) with two new ones. The old ones work fine, we just want to update the look. Scheduled service for a date and time and acknowledged there is a $69 service/trip fee which is waived if you have them do the work; no problem. They even called day-of to see if tech could come out earlier than scheduled, which worked fine. When tech arrived, I explained the very straightforward job I wanted done. He looked over the new parts, and I thought we'd be good to go. Then he said that before he did anything he had to do a "safety inspection." An hour later he quoted me a multi-thousand dollar bid to replace all sorts of equipment I had no interest in replacing. And the simple job, if he did just that, would be over $550. I declined, and so it cost me $69 to have no work done and waste my time. I will either do this myself or find a local handyman. Avoid this company like the plague."

"We are doing major remodeling and a new addition onto an older home. This company was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with multiple contractors who did sloppy work. Justin obviously knows what he's doing. A previous contractor had wired some electrical receptacles incorrectly, so what should have been a 110 receptacle was actually 220 -- a potentially lethal mistake that fried a couple of small appliances. Justin was able to fix this dangerous situation inside of five minutes by switching some wires around in the breaker box. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He always called in advance, showed up on time, his workers were very efficient, and they kept the work area clean -- all for a very fair price. They lined up all of the recessed lights perfectly, relocated a chandelier, and relocated several receptacle boxes.
