Budget Blinds of Houston Inner Loop

We hired Budget Blinds of Houston to install blinds on every single window in our house. We have 12 windows of various dimensions. Joe Adams came one afternoon to take measurements and gave us a detailed quote on the spot. Joe was punctual and a very nice and courteous gentleman. He came back to install the blinds with a colleague and they worked quietly and efficiently for a few hours. Overall very good quality blinds and valences, installed professionally. It was a little pricey in my opinion but we didn't have to worry about measurements and installation and it all fits perfectly.

The price and value were awesome. The installers are the best I've ever seen.

Very well. It takes time to build the shutter, but the service technicians for the Norman shutters were excellent.

The measurer, salesperson, and the installer were all very professional.  The installation started right on time and the end result is beautiful.  No snags and the shutters seem to be holding up great.

Had 5 faux wood blinds w/valance and 2 large dual way honeycomb shades. Have had them for 6 months now, and do not regret buying and getting them installed. We used the Missouri City location and Chris was out consultant she was on time and met expectations. She did great with matching them with our decor. The blinds and shades are high quality. They installer was fairly quick and was very professional.

I have used Budget Blinds in the past for plantation shutters for many of the windows in my house, in addition to the installations done today.  I have always been pleased with their prices, service, and quality.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and which products would work best on each outlet (windows or doors).  Price was good compared to other bids I received (it was in the middle) and I chose them because the salesperson recognized/troubleshot how to hang a specific shade with a couple of existing doors - none of the other companies addressed it and the product they suggested would not have worked.
Speed of delivery can be improved upon...I don't know where they get their blinds, but it took about 4 weeks to get the initial order in and schedule installation.  At installation, a couple were not measured correctly and had to be reordered.  I did not have to pay for any reorders, but it took another 2 weeks to get it in.
Lastly, the material I chose for my door shades shows a little bit of fraying around the edges already. It is not a delicate fabric or anything like that.  I have contacted Budget Blinds to see if they've experienced this with the fabric before.  They are usually very responsive.

The company representative arrived at the time of the appointment,
which was only a few days after I had called the company.  She
had a full representative sample of possible blinds with her for selection.
She measured the windows, very accurately, which was necessary
since they had to fit precisely to block out the light which she understood.
I agreed with the contract and signed it.  She told me that the
construction of the blinds would take about 6 weeks, which seemed
a little long to me, but there wasn't any rush.  The installer arrived with
the blinds in about 6 weeks.  The installation was a little tricky, since the
blinds had to be placed perfectly for full effectiveness.  They were also
a little hard to get to since the windows were behind chests of drawers
about 2 feet deep which couldn't be moved.  They also had to be installed
in a concrete beam about the windows.
I have waited to give this evaluation until I have had
a chance to use the blinds for a while, and I am very happy with them. 
I thought that the price was a little high, but I had only done DIY blinds
before and I knew this job was beyond me.  The price including installation, 
(worth $75), was probably not out of line.  However, I did not compare
prices at other firms.  The two blinds are each approximately 4 feet by 4 feet
and are high quality light blocking honeycomb blinds. 
They work very smoothly and effectively.

Went well and very professionally handled.  The material I selected was backordered, so it took longer than expected to get.  Would suggest customer be sure that fabric selected is immediately available before ordering if they're in a hurry for the window coverings.

Budget Blinds of Houston Inner Loop came out to take measurements, but they haven't yet come back to install the blinds. I had coupon from Angie's list for free installation of the blinds. They have been fine, they seem to be capable, they had a big variety of possible blinds to use and they lady who came out discussed the options with me and the options that I chose were perfectly fine for what I wanted.

My experience with Budget Blinds went very well. They're generally pretty good. They were pretty good with the fix.

They are an A-rated company.  They say exactly what they are going to do.  They deliver on time.  They provide great customer service too.  I would tell others about their customer service and the quality of their product.  The owner is Ray and that's whom they need to contact because there are a different bunch of liars.

The estimate he gave was good for the work performed.  They did an excellent job in installing the blinds.  Great professionalism.

We're THRILLED with our new window coverings!  We recently bought a new home and desperately needed coverage on our windows- especially with the summer heat!  We received several estimates.  Budget Blinds not only had the best price, they also had the best variety of products- so we could purchase everything through them.  We not only wanted shutters and blinds- we also wanted drapery and not every blinds company does that.  We also tried Lowes and Home Depot- however just trying to find someone to help you is challenging!  Budget Blinds came out to our home, measured, explained all of the products available and left us with the estimate.  No high pressure sales tactics- they were very professional. :)  As soon as the blinds came in- they immediately installed them.  The drapes and shutters took a little longer, however that's to be expected.  We LOVE everything!!  It's exactly what we wanted!
