On August 22, 2025, I spoke to several Generator companies but selected PSL Technology. After researching some areas about the company, I decided not to use them. However, there salesperson sent a link for positive reviews and found positive reviews also. He initially stated I would receive 7 year warranty on the generator and 3 years maintenance on the generator. Therefore, I went forward with the sell and was told I would receive a quote to agree to. The install was scheduled for August 30 and electrician came to perform his side of the work . Then the plumber came for their part so I asked about the upgraded gas meter . He told Zi did not need it but the upgrade meter was part of the quote $450.00. The quote included a charge for an upgrade gas meter but will not be installed. I started wondering what else on the quote that would not be completed. You must stay in constant contact with them to stay abreast of your project. The work eventually got done with my constant communication with them. Jorge was willing to work with me if I stayed on top of him. The team needed constant supervision but did get the job done.

Prompt and efficient service with a clean job site during the work and when the work was completed.

They are very professional. They promptly respond to questions and addressed my concerns. I really like that they are not a corporation so I never felt like just a number. The maintenance & servicing of the generator was also included in the quote which was an extra bonus. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a generator instant with great service.

Jorge Cardenas is top notch! I highly recommend PSL Technology for Generac gen installation. They were as fast as you could possibly imagine on installation and hook up. He was in line with cost from other quotes I received. He even trouble-shooted a poorly wired GFCI outlet in my garage for the refridge. Cant say enough good about him and his team!

They did a good job. Took longer than normal because we had to get a larger gas meter. They stayed on top of all the city inspections and would recommend them for your generator.

Did a good job and would recommend to other people. The price is High, but so is all the other installers. I was happy with the installation and did all the checks, made sure it worked right . Good company to pick or use for the installation.

They went beyond what was expected, offering helpful suggestions, including adding a gravel area around the generator, providing both the equipment and installation in only 3 days and at a lower quote than other vendors, in both cost and date.
