He hired my husband and never paid him for working with him.

Bill was excellent. He came out a little early and found the problem, isolated it, and made my lights work again. I was so excited to have kitchen lights again since I have not had them for 3 weeks. He provided exceptional service for an excellent price. I will be hiring him again in the future.

We have used Expert Electic several times. I usually do not write reviews, but the service was impeccable so wanted to share. They arrive on time and clean up their mess. The electrician, Bill who showed up to do our work explained everything to us and asked us if we had any questions. We have already referred Expert Electric to our neighbor, Dave who owns his own business and needed some electrical work done at this office. Dave called and thanked us for the referral. We felt very comfortable Bill was the ideal person for our electrical needs. When we need an electrician we will always call this company.

It took a while before they came because I paid that through my credit card and it was not honored because my credit card company was ambivalent of the rip off.  I had to straighten things out with my credit company first.  But when they came, it took them over half a day to get the job done.  I was very happy with their service.  I will use them again.  

The only thing was they did not call me when they noticed that I was not using the big deal immediately after the purchase.  It was Angie?s List who called me for a follow up which I like about Angie?s List.   There was an additional charge beside the big deal.  The deal was for a number of circuit breakers but I had some additional work done.  I think I had to pay for two more circuits.        

It was not a simple job.  They had to set up a lot of things and they have to put stuff together.  They did very well.  They did not leave a mess and they cleaned up after themselves.  They came and saw before they started.  They came and saw when the job was done.  They took me to take a look at it.

Arrived at time quoted.  Got right to work and wrapped up in est. time.  Kept area clean and cleaned up any stray items.  Yard left as clean as at the start.

They up-charged me for additional circuits, but that was fine. He gave me some information about the Civic policies. It helped keep the loss of electric to a minimum. I compared prices and they beat the competitor. They were on-time everyday.

It was okay.  They did okay.  I believe they were on time.  They just came out to do the job.  They came out the first day, they came the second day to make sure that it was okay until we have cancelled the service.  Overall, I would say that they did an average job.   

I paid an additional charge.  I had to clean up after.  The work itself was okay but we did some things after the first install.  

The electrician came and saw the defective lights under the counter and replaced them with fixtures I had previously obtained. He did a very good job for a reasonable price.
