"Mr Chris asked for a special schedule. Set up a special rotation just for him but the gate was not always unlocked. Makes it hard to maintain a schedule and quality. Complained the team walked to fast? Bottom line, said we did not mow. Pictures showed the one time during the summer we had limited rain, parts of the yard dried out and stopped growing. Do understand the frustration, but was told we did not mow when we have paper and pictures of before and after service. He said he would not pay and we terminated his service. It is sad to serve so many people and have a few you can not make happy. But we will continue to try and strive to never let it happen again."

"This is a year ago and is just being written up? Looked up this customer, Clean Lawn Services has not provided any service to this customer for over a year. They did complain about the last service, it was the basic mowing service, not a special task. If they asked the mow team to do a task outside of this scheduled event it was without being put into the computer. We would not transplant a tree, a bush maybe. Prefer to request a new plant from the nursery. Planting takes time and would record the expense. If team did try to transplant a tree and did not walk the owner through how to keep it alive. It would be lucky to survive, which is the reason to not transplant a tree. Not sure a mow team would have tools to move a tree. It was a year ago, as noted before Britt is gone."

"Each customer has a budget that allows for a different level of service. The goal is to offer a service to match our customers budget. It is easy to spend a couple hours in each yard every week. Those we do are beautiful. Most budgets only offer a fraction of time to achieve this quality. Do we deserve a 5 star on every job... no company has. Clean Lawn Services will train and push our people to improve every day. It is our goal to reach for nothing but 5 STARS... Each team is scheduled to have a five plus years of experience person and one with less. We strive to improve and constantly train. We do hire a few graduating students each summer to help them learn to work. Over the years more than half have enroll in college. This summer we have graduates with 4 years of summer mowing and are applicants to higher education. Their plan is to work for you during the day and take classes to become firemen in the evening. One is going to school on scholarship in the fall. We also hire Vets and people who have only mowed lawns for 20 years. Yes we even have a few "needs" people who work when they can. Some of those people take longer, we know how to adjust for them. Most of our customers never see them. These individuals contribute to their families and Clean Lawn Services enjoys contributing to the community. Mowing is a skill, edging takes longer to master the basic skill. We have practice fields used to train on before we let them on your lawn. Some people just learn to dig in the dirt. It is not as easy as you think."

"Britt no longer represents Clean Lawn Services, llc. We use estimating software using email for approvals. The client can pic the portions of work they choose to have performed. All payments can be paid through our software with a credit card. Customer is correct there was no bid in they system for herb garden? Do see bills at the time Britt managed the job for lumber and top soil that could be used for a herb garden. Those bills were more than what the customer paid. Jobs can be drawn out when working in wet clay with heavy rain delaying schedules and product delivery. As you see this type of mistake has been removed and not tolerated. Clean Lawn Services, llc."
