so the move started off pretty good. They were kind of fast and efficient. I definitely appreciated their services because I moved all the way on the third floor however, my television was broke when trying to communicate this to Jose. He kept sending me pictures of televisions. that did not belong to me two different times he sent pictures of TVs that were not mine. I sent him a picture of my television and then he told me that it was fine when they brought it in but they didn’t turn my TV on, when’s my TV was turned on and I discovered that it was broken. I let him know. And that’s when he tried to send me pictures of televisions that weren’t mine. He eventually said that he was going to put in a claim with his insurance when I tried to follow up he did not respond. He left me on read.. I don’t think it’s good if you can’t take accountability when you break people’s things when they spend an and they’re trusting you with their stuff. I spent d*** near $700 on this move. I shouldn’t have to buy a new TV that he broke.

Jose was AMAZING…professional, respectful, prompt, and communicated well. Do not go anywhere else, I promise there is no one better!!! He went above and beyond, what great service is all about :-)…

These guess were amazing. They paid attention to deals and they were professional. For example, they had trouble getting my couch through the front door, they lowered it down from my 2nd story balcony. I was very impressed with their work. I will be using them again. Thank you guys
