"Problems with one piece of equipment working properly. Theo was very helpful and installed a different piece of equipment that worked. "Overall, the experience was good.  I had a few issues with the technicians coming to install the cameras.  The original appointment was rescheduled because a job took longer than expected.  Then, the technicians ran late on the reschedule appointment date.  I talked with Jack and we were able to work everything out.  He sent 2 technicians out to perform the install and set-up the DVR.
I liked their professionalism and quick installation.  I would use the service provider again.

"Even though the units were a year old they troubleshot the problem and got it fixed. They did have to come back, but it was all done for free. They care about the quality of their installation. They didn't stop until I was happy."
