"The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need."

Because this is a Samsung Frame, a media enclosure was needed to properly hang it on the fireplace. The media enclosure is installed behind the TV so that it can lay flat on the fireplace (power was ran from the attic).
