"I hired Robles Renovation to install tile flooring in my first rental home. Initially, he had to postpone the project due to cold, wet weather—showing that he prioritizes the safety of his team. His pricing was fair and realistic, unlike other contractors who quoted me $2.50 per square foot for removal and $4.50 per square foot for installation. The quality of his work was excellent, though it took some time to complete. I offered to pay the difference between a one-time fee and a recurring fee after I cancelled because I was dissatisfied. They stopped communicating with me when I asked that they remove their charge of $100 and they said that it was their policy to make the charge. I think this is a bad business practice, although it is their policy. So that is why I am not going to give them my business again. They can keep my $100, which I think is a punitive charge, but they will not get any more of my business."
