The couch and love seat look like new. We’re very pleased. Carpet also looks amazing and Doug was able to get up its many stain. The company was on time, very pleasant to work with, did a professional job, and was well priced. Would highly recommend.

When I talked to Crissy Weddle to make an appointment, she was personable, easy to talk to, explained what to expect, and even had a sense of humor. Doug, her husband, was right on time, had very professional appearance and demeanor, and helped us make some decisions, did his measurements and gave us his estimate. Wow. Even less than I expected for the tough job ahead. He went to work and did a fabulous job. Probably the best service experience we have ever had. Absolutely an A+!

I wish there was a mark above "A" for "Responsiveness" - we called 1st Class Cleaning early on a Monday morning, needing a fast carpet cleaning job on a room that had just been restretched following recovery from a water heater flood. They worked us in that same morning, doing a great job cleaning that room so we could start moving things back in the next day. While Doug was here, we got a quote for the rest of this crisis behind us. We cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Doug came out 2 days prior to my appt to give me an estimate-he used his rolling tape measure to get the exact square footage & quoted me a fair price. On the scheduled day, he was prompt, friendly, very professional, & he did a thorough & GREAT job. He said some of the stains might show up again after the carpet completely dried, & he would come back & retreat if necessary, which he did! Unfortunately a few stains were stubborn but we appreciated him honoring his word. I would definitely use him again & I highly recommend him.

I needed carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, game room, dining room, and a hallway. I had removed some smaller furniture but left beds, desks, bookcases, etc (the big heavy stuff) for them to clean around. I was doing a "quote-and-clean" where they'd measure the actual area to be cleaned and give me a price. If it was acceptable they'd perform the cleaning immediately. Based on Angie's Lists reviews I was 99.99% certain I was going to get a fair price and have them do the work. Dave (the owner) showed up early in the 30 minute window I was given, took about 10 minutes to measure everything, gave me a price that was lower than I was expecting, and took about 2.5 hours to get everything cleaned (I did the "basic" cleaning since we're going to be replacing the floors in 2-3 years). He's an extremely friendly guy, no up-selling or pushing add-ons, and did an excellent job. All their positive reviews on Angie's List are legit - I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Entire staff great! Lady that answered call told me how to deal with problem until they were able to come out to repair and clean post flood. Everyone from start to finish was kind and courteous! Doug - came in, got the job done. Was in and out in no time with excellent results! Would hire again any time!

Doug came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled the work. He was very punctual and performed all services extremely well. In fact, he was very honest about one of our sofas, so he didn't work on it. His price was very good. We would highly recommend his company and plan to have him return.

Doug, the owner was very efficient and professional. Gave us a reasonable estimate for shampooing the carpets in the four rooms and the hallway, including moving and restoring the heavy furnitures. He was accommodating to us as we had to reschedule the appointment due to a last minute obligation. He arrived on time as promised. Got to work, moved the heavy furniture around in the rooms to access all parts of the room, shampooed and restored the furniture on foam blocks as he went along from room to room. Completed the project in three hours. The work was excellent and the carpets ended up being very clean. Thank You Doug - Good Job !!

Great! Best carpet cleaning job I've ever had. Very thorough and professional. He put protectors under furniture legs and cleaned under all furniture except the very heavy pieces (bookcase, entertainment center, etc.) Will hire again. Very reasonable cost (included Angie's List 1st time discount.)

Perfect. My carpets are almost white and they hadn’t been cleaned for the 10 years I have lived here. My grandson had thrown up after eating pizza and I had several black stains in one bedroom. The pizza sauce had left a big reddish stain that I wasn’t able to remove. I thought before I buy new carpets I will try getting them cleaned. Doug got all the stains out; my carpets look brand new! Doug was very friendly, and I was surprised how quickly he finished the job! I highly recommend 1st Class Cleaning.

Wonderful job and he puts your furniture legs up on a little riser to keep them from getting wet. The most "popular" carpet cleaning company that I used for years didn't do that and charged for every little thing. 1st Class Cleaning is a good value and up front pricing!

I set up an appointment with 1st Class last week, but I had to cancel the first appointment; they were very nice about rescheduling. They came out exactly at the second scheduled time. I have never had my carpets cleaned so well. He stayed in every room for so long, i knew he was cleaning every little piece of dirt. He was very polite and professional. I am very happy with them.
