Everything, from shopping to final installation, went well. Keith, the salesman and project manager, was professional and very helpful. The installers were neat, professional, on time, and personable. Everything was completed in a day, as promised.

I contacted Valerie and she promptly came from across the town to perform an estimate and also provided the samples.  She was willing to rework the quote to provide the exact details I was looking.  The installers came on the promised start date and finished the job seven days after (weekend included).  They did a very good job and both my wife and I are happy with the results.
We also got a quote from another A-rated company on Angie's list and their cost was over $3,000 more with cheaper and less choices for laminate so overall we felt we got a very good deal.

We’ve used them before for tile and decided to use them again for carpet. They moved the furniture and the two men did a wonderful job. It was all done in one day.

Wonderful customer-centric experience.  Since we were on the far west side of the city (Alamo Ranch) the company's sales person, Valerie, came out to our house to personally assess our issues with the old carpet, our concerns for new--and what we wanted after everything was completed.  She listened carefully, and came out for a second visit to our home with a better selection of samples tailored to our needs, and nailed it!

The installation team came on the promised date and worked tirelessly and professionally to complete the installation.  They were extremely careful and tedious when removing and replacing our furniture and furnishings.  The quality of the seam work and installation was excellent.   I know--I watched them throughout the process.  Would definitely use them again.

Visited showroom and picked out product with help and expertise from associate. Scheduled installation for following week. Paid 1/2 of purchase in advance. Crew arrived on-time, were careful removing old carpet and padding, cleaned up floors and repaired tack strip where needed. Cleaned up very thoroughly prior to leaving. The following week the company contacted me to make certain I was satisfied with all areas of their service, and the product. At that time they billed me for the remaining 1/2 of purchase.

They do excellent work. They're competitively priced. I went in thinking I wanted to have different carpeting and the guy who worked there kind of went through the stuff and showed me how I could do it for half the price so they're very economical. They were here when they said they would be here. We would continue to use them if we have another need for flooring.

The installation, service, quality and price were all perfect.  Robert was extremely helpful and responsive.  Couldn't ask for anything more.

Everybody who has seen it said it's beautiful. I looked them up on Angie's List and they had a couple of "A." That's really what we went by. They were close by. We contacted them and they've been very good. They were very professional. The guys came over and they did a really nice job.
