He completed repair of pulley to my dryer and had the part on hand so total time took less than 25 mins from walking thru the door. He also “warranted” part of 1 year from installation. "

"Scammers, I bought half a truckload for around 12k. I was sold scratch and dent “show room ready” appliances and 1 in 3 worked. I brought it up and was hung up on. They want me to tell customers who just bought from me to pay the deductible and have the warranty cover it. This is not a good company. They are also affiliated with Fanning, so I’d steer clear of them too."
