We did some online shopping for a new KitchenAid dishwasher.  We found a model we wanted and went to the nearest Home Depot to purchase it.  Our sales consultant was professional and competent, he explained the ordering/delivery/installation process thoroughly. 
The delivery team was on time, they called 30 min. before arrival, just as we had been told to expect.  They worked quickly, had the new unit installed and the old one out the door in 30 min. 
When we purchased the dishwasher, our check-out included buying fans and ceiling lights for the house.  Our sales consultant from appliances went to the check out counter with us to make sure it got rung up correctly.  One of our items had to be picked up at another location--it was ready for us and pickup was super simple.

Everything went fine except for the fact that they told us originally we would get a military discount, but when in the act of paying they told us we would not get it. Was a little late at that point to undo everything and go elsewhere since so much time had been spent already on the transaction.

Did a great job very professional work installing fence. Home Depot did a follow up after completed to make sure we was satisfied with work.

The installers did a terrible job. They installed the inside door trim OVER a switch plate. I asked HD to come back and fix it and they sent the same guy, who did move the trim but that left a gap between the trim and the baseboard which they then filled by slopping some putty in the gap. In addition, the inside trim was not installed according to the specifications shown on the Anderson Door website. I complained about the poor workmanship to the Home Depot Install Expeditor Nick Hector and he had representatives of the installation subcontractor from San Antonio come look at the job but they seemed more interested in making excuses than in completing the job correctly. They offered to send back the same guy who messed it up twice before and also offered to provide new baseboard free of charge, but I declined. I will hire someone else to redo it right rather than let them have a third chance. We now have to install and paint new baseboard because of their poor workmanship.

We started the process early in November. Home Depot subcontracted this work out to Austin Countertops. The person from Austin Countertops came promptly and took measurements. We signed the contract with Home Depot on November 9. We were told that the counters would be installed in two weeks. When we called after two weeks, we were told that the wrong color came in and that they had to re-order. Eventually, after much badgering, we were given a date of December 19 for the installation (nearly six weeks after we had paid for it). The installers required all the plumbing (sinks and dishwasher) and the cooktop to be completely disconnected. At the time of the installation, things went much smoother. The installers warned us that a couple of backsplash tiles might come loose and they glued it back after they were done with the counters. They could have cleaned up a little better after the work, but we were satisfied with the quality of work.

We were very happy with the carpet that these guys put in for us. We have not had any problems to speak of so far. They were helpful in the selection process and they came out the very next day to do the installation of the carpeting. I am not sure of the price because I was not the one who paid the bill.

I am very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. We haven't had any problems with the water heater since. The workers were quick with the installation process and they even disposed of my old water heater for me. They were also clean and polite while working in my home. I would definitely hire this company again.

Home Depot was very prompt to come out and replace our window. They didn t fix or repair anything, but they ended up replacing the whole window. Since then we haven't had any problems with the window opening or shutting when it wasn t suppose to. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

They tore out all of the old counters and sinks and they did a good clean up before installing the new stuff. They got the whole job done in two days, so that was a plus. It wasn t a big inconvenience and their work looked real nice too. I was completely satisfied when they were finished.

The Sile stone counter-top is beautiful as there is not a crack or chip in it. The installer was so good. He took his time to make sure all of the measurements were right. The corners and lines are a perfect match. They were very skilled, polite, and cleaned up all their mess.

Home Depot had good installers who actually showed up when they said they would. I felt at ease with them in my home because they were polite and respectful. I couldn t see any tacks and the corners and wall lines were great. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

The installers who came to my home were real nice men, clean cut, and happy go lucky. They got right to the job at hand and they had it done quickly. The door fit great without any problems. They cleaned up all of their mess before they left.

Home Depot didn t take all day to get my garage door installed and I didn t feel like the door was over priced. They did an excellent job and they were very clean cut and very knowledgeable. We haven't had any service calls since the installation.

We purchased an energy star storm door from them and they had told us at that point it might take four to six weeks before they were able to install it. It only took them about three to four days for them to install it. They provided me with great customer service. We were very pleased with the installation process and the service that we received from them. The price only reflects the installation price.
