"I called them because of all the great ratings on Angie's List. Everything I read was true. The salesman was low pressure but very informative. They clearly have the best product for the price. I was a bit concerned about vinyl windows, but their product has aluminum framework inside the vinyl frames so they hold their shape. The price we received was very good for 40 windows. They delivered within the time frame promised. They called to arrange for a convenient date to install. When the installers arrived, they were extremely professional and courteous. There were 5 of them and they completed the installation in one day - amazing! We are very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Ryan Windows to our friends."

"I had a very positive experience with NRG during the sales process: the people I spoke to were knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and quick to follow up with answers to my questions. That changed as soon as we signed the contract and paid our deposit. Communication became sporadic at best, with each step of the process taking much longer--in some cases many months longer--than what I was told during the sales process. To be fair, there were external factors that contributed to the delays. Our project involves installing new roofing, and apparently several roofing contractors are still backed up after the winter storms in early 2023. But that doesn't explain or excuse the near-total lack of communication or the apparent lack of interest in moving our project forward. It has consistently been a struggle to get even the most basic details from NRG, and I've had to follow up every few weeks just to see if anyone is still working on our project. I can't speak to the quality of their work because no work has been done, or even scheduled, more than seven months after signing. I strongly recommend against working with NRG."

"Hector now uses the company name Kitchen & Bathroom Experts. Premier was his past company, and Alamo Design & Remodeling! He is NOT with the Better Business Bureau. We did sign an agreement with him. However, we are now concerned because of what we are finding on him from here and on the BBB and Google reviews. We did not pay him anything, and he is insistent that, due to signing the agreement that we must move forward with him. He has walked away from several contracted agreements and never responded to them. We are at fault for not doing our homework before meeting with him. However, we are contacting an attorney to see if we are legally bound to work with him."
