"Installation was fast and the crew did a great job and the windows/doors are well made. Sound proofing is great on the new Pella windows. Only complaint is we installed some windows in 2019 a week before you switched to Pella. Now one of those windows is getting hazy and when you placed an order to replace the window they said it wouldn’t be ready until April 2023…this timeframe really isn’t acceptable since it is May 2022 now. Something else needs to be done about this."

The order arrived early and scheduled the installation on two separate days 3/16 and finishing up on 3/20. The installation crew did good work and was respectful of property. The owner David Bindel showed up several times during install progress inspecting and checking for correct installation. A few of the windows wood trim had become rotted and needed to be replaced. For a very reasonable extra charge cost they replaced the wood. The quality of the Anlin windows is worth the extra money over the bottom barrel quotes. No buyers remorse here.
