Paul Ryan Windows

I called them because of all the great ratings on Angie's List. Everything I read was true. The salesman was low pressure but very informative. They clearly have the best product for the price. I was a bit concerned about vinyl windows, but their product has aluminum framework inside the vinyl frames so they hold their shape. The price we received was very good for 40 windows. They delivered within the time frame promised. They called to arrange for a convenient date to install. When the installers arrived, they were extremely professional and courteous. There were 5 of them and they completed the installation in one day - amazing! We are very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Ryan Windows to our friends.

They arrived promptly with exactly what I ordered from my initial measurement walk through. They coordinated the removal of each opening with my alarm company, and made sure everything was installed plumb and clean. When they removed the old windows, they were tidy and efficient - taking care to check with me if I was put out at all with my dogs being locked up all day (I couldn't have them wondering around while glazing was being handled in and out of my home). They also installed new hardy cement board where I had rotted wood. It rained that night, and not a single leak anywhere. We're loving the look of our new windows and the function! I hope they'll come back to do the rest of my windows soon!

Fantastic. There was zero pressure from their sales team, and the pricing was extremely competitive. We had some very negative experiences with other groups so working with Kelly McMichael was a breath of fresh air for us. Their installation team kept in constant contact with us, and was extremely professional. (one of them actually filled my dogs water dish when I took them outside during the setup) I have recommended this team to several coworkers it went so well.

Paul Ryan windows came through for us in every way. The experience with Paul Ryan was the best service provider we used throughout our renovation process. It was the only company we did not have to follow up with or call back to fix issues. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. I had an initial meeting to discuss the style of each window and take measurements and before we knew it they were calling us back to schedule our installation. The day of installation the crew showed up right on time and by early afternoon the new windows were complete and every piece of trash from the old windows was loaded up and leaving the property. We were just left with our jaws open admiring the gorgeous new windows. Such a pleasure working with a company that is responsible and so thorough about providing the service they promise!

Excellent. Even though my home was originally constructed with wooden windows that were quite a challenge to remove and replace, Paul Ryan Windows was able to remove them and replace them with beautiful energy efficient windows and their attention to detail was very impressive. They even fixed an entry point for rodents that was discovered at my roof line. In short, they were awesome and I recommend them without hesitation.

It went much smoother than I would have thought. After consulting with a few of the more advertised companies, and dealing with the constant "up-sale" we came across Paul Ryan Windows. Our Rep. came out, we explained what we wanted and the budget. From that moment on it was easy. They gave us a time frame that the work would be done and they beat it by a week and half. The installers did a great job. The follow up was great. Any questions I had or concerns about the whole process was answered promptly. When making big decisions like this, you always need to make the right choice. Me and my wife, made the right choice.
