She sent a quote shortly after our visit and I thought the price was great so I decided to go with them. She and her husband came by again to double check the measurements and answer any questions I had. A few months later the windows were ready and we arranged a day for them to come and put them in. I was impressed by the whole process! They were really organized and got the old ones out and the new ones installed really quickly. I had one leaky window so they replaced the damaged wood and even painted it afterwards! They also did a great job with clean-up. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of my property. The windows are amazing and I'm able to enjoy the rain again because no more leaky window! I would most definitely recommend them

Which I really did appreciate. Installation was completed timely and their field employees were courteous and clean. Whatever debris came from the removal, they were sure to haul away. We had a difficult corner in our Master Bedroom with strange spacing, etc. Erica was incredible in coming to a solution and we couldn't be happier with her, her service, the installer, and the company as a whole. I used to sew my own curtains but this area was too complex to wrap my head around, so I called the experts, referred to me by a friend who too had an amazing experience. "They came out within two days when I explained I had a big hole in my living room that went outside. Seth called me back within an hour of my call. "I’m very happy and highly recommend JP Construction after they replaced my 50 year old siding with Hardie siding for the whole house. After the new siding was painted, the exterior looks like a new construction home. From the initial meeting with Jon, thru the construction process with Mike and Aleks and his crew, and the final walkthrough I feel that my all concerns were addressed. "Bath Expo's team were prompt and professional, and they performed their work in an expert and timely manner. Having a stall shower and garden tub in the master bath removed and replaced by an expansive walk in shower took only a couple of days. While they did finishing touches on that, other team members removed a standard tub from the guest bath and replaced it with a walk in shower that precisely filled that space, giving us a much more comfortable and easily used shower there. The master bath required custom glass for the door and enclosure, and their glass contractor had to come back once to adjust some of the trim and touch up the sealant on the bottom of the glass, but Bath Expo's manager Roger handled all of the coordination for that. We are thrilled with the design and the work. We highly recommend Bath Expo for this sort of work.

"We enjoyed the entire process. It took us literally three visits to finally commit and make a sound decision that worked well for us financially but it’s now sealed and delivered. Our second visit was a bit lengthy and the sales rep could not read the room and see that we could not dedicate 4 hours of time to the presentation not to mention we had a newborn so we were extremely sleep deprived and impatient but our 3rd visit is what gave us the knowledge we desired. A young lady by the name of Jaz came by walked us through details, took measurements and offered us pricing. We negotiated a little on the terms and finally settled on the price. Fast forward a few months later a crew of guys arrived with our brand new windows at 10:30am and finished up around 3pm. They were courteous, professional and even respected our wishes for them to wear masks and shoe covers. We love the new look it’s given our home and we’re certainly looking forward to the energy costs savings and peace of mind for our little guy as he dreams away in his room without concerns of bacterial growth being on his windows.
