"Replied promptly, very courteous, very professional, found & removed dead bird from clothes dryer, good clean-up, reasonably priced. I plan to use him in the future."
"Called in for Possum and skunk hanging out in my backyard. Chris and Adrian came out and setup traps. They were very professional and great at what they do. Caught both culprits. I would recommend Critter Pros if you're dealing with any wildlife type issues."

"They have been doing my pest control for more than 10 years. Hector is great to work with and his follow up is always appreciated. I had a little problem with silverfish and he made it a point to send someone out with some packets to stop that and did not charge me for the follow up service. Highly recommend them!"
"Silver Lining Pest Control are superb. It's a family business. They guarantee their work. If you see a bug and it's under warranty they come back and spray again."
"It went great. Bennett is very professional, punctual and friendly. He knows what he is doing and explains what needs to be done and why. Very good prices and extremely fast. I will definitely be calling him again for monthly pest control."
"The technitian was punctual & professional and for the most part have sound advice regarding our rodent problem. However the extermination services were lacking as he only set up 4 sticky boards and one trap enclosure with little or no poison (I checked the trap the following day and it was empty of both rodents and poison and there was no sign of a dead rodent anywhere in the garage or within a 15 ft radius of it.) Additionally, the "exclusion" part of the deal I purchased through AL was completely ignored even after specifically pointing out the obvious point of entrance and asking it be addressed. I was able to get rid of 2 rodents using the sticky boards but had to hire another professional to set better/more traps in order to get the rest of them; 5 total. Overall not the worse service for the price but I prefer not having to hire multiple professionals to address one problem."
"They're good, I have no complaints, I have no bugs see coming, they are prompt, wonderful and it's worth the money and I would recommend them to anybody and the man who came is very nice and very pleasant."
"I was very pleased with their prompt response and expertise on the humane removal of our pest. They covered all the gaps in the tile/metal roof overhangs. Outstanding job by Ginx!!!"
No, you shouldn’t have to worry about bats in your yard as long as they don’t make their way inside your house. Typically, bats hang around backyards in order to consume bugs, especially if they’re located in the U.S. Bats that are native to North America can consume more than 500 bugs per hour, so they may actually benefit your yard if mosquitoes are prevalent.
It can be difficult to know what type of animal is in your attic until you see it. But several clues can help you narrow down the suspects:
Sounds: Smaller animals like rats and mice make scurrying and tapping/gnawing sounds. Larger animals like raccoons and opossums make louder clambering noises. Also, note when animals are noisy: Squirrels are active during the day, while rats are busiest at night.
Droppings: Rats and mice leave small, rice-shaped droppings (the rat’s version is significantly larger). Bigger droppings belong to larger critters like raccoons. As long as you’re not squeamish, an image search can help you identify what you’re seeing in your attic.
When in doubt, take photos of damage or other evidence and show them to an experienced pest control pro.
Fake owls are a common goose deterrent decoy and one of the most humane ways to scare away geese. Unfortunately, some geese are wise to fake predators. Decoys can be more effective if you move them around frequently or purchase ones with motion features. Decoys that move in the wind are also more effective than stationary decoys.
If you’ve had a prior bat infestation or simply want to avoid having bats invade your home in the first place, there are a few steps you can take without the need for a pro.
Seal entry points, such as where your chimney meets your house, or other gaps or holes exist.
Use bat deterrents like bright lights or ultrasonic devices to force them away from your home.
Reduce bat attractions like standing water and bird nectar feeders inviting bats into your yard.
Pest control timelines depend on what services are being provided, size and type of infestation, and size of your home. Some inspections can take an hour or more, while preventative treatments only take 30 minutes to complete. Basic spaying for a problem like roaches or termites can take about an hour for small homes, but much longer for large properties and infestations. Consult your pest control pro for a time estimate based on your situation.
