They took the time to explain the treatment plan and estimate in great detail.  They showed up on time, it took 2 guys 3 hours to complete the treatment.

They have been doing my pest control for more than 10 years. Hector is great to work with and his follow up is always appreciated. I had a little problem with silverfish and he made it a point to send someone out with some packets to stop that and did not charge me for the follow up service. Highly recommend them!

Hector came a little late but had notified me of same.  Had a mice issue and he performed all services as usual.  He has been my pest control company for 20 years.

He is very reliable and punctual. He is a good guy. It is a small company. He uses safe products. He is very honest and dependable. The price is comparable to another company I had, though I have not shopped around. I don't have any problems with bugs at all.

They are pretty good. I get the work done contractually, so they come out every month. They arrived when they said they were going to. Their price is reasonable for what I get, and they are dependable and responsive. I feel I can trust them with the combination of my gates. I would use them again in the future.

I am a landlord and at the end of my current tenant's lease, during the walk through they informed me that there was some type of critter in the attic that was eating through the insulation on the pipes and anything else it could get it paws on. I was mortified because my new tenant (a single female whom I had never spoken with nor met in person) was scheduled to take possession of the property in 2 days. It was very important to me that I deliver a pristine property to my new renter.

I quickly became and Angie's List subscriber and located Hector at Arrest A Pest. I left a voice message that he returned within minutes. He came to my home quickly and mapped out a plan to resolve my problem. He and his crew were wonderful professionals and my critter is GONE. Still not sure what it was, but 100% identification is not required, just a 100% critter free attic is.

In August, we contacted Hector at Arrest-A-Pest after 2 other companies were unable to take care of a flea infestation on the screened in porch and do a routine treatment of the 2 houses on the property.  A technician came to the house to do the treatment.  There were no issues with the house, but there was still an issue with the fleas (not as bad as before).  We contacted Hector again the next week and he came out himself and treated the issue in a different manner, to make sure all areas were covered (no extra charge).  This took care of the problem. 
My neighbor and I (2 small houses on 1 property) have developed a relationship with Arrest-A-Pest and will continue to use them for all of our pest needs.

Hector Garza of Arrest-A-Pest came on time to do an inspection/estimate on 3/23/11. He was polite, friendly and concerned about my termite problem, especially about concerns I had about the safety of treatment and my dogs safety. He gave me detailed information verbally and in writting. His explanation of the treatment options was detailed and addressed all my concerns. Mr. Garza came out to do the extermination on 3/30/11 as scheduled, on time, with a call ahead of arrival. We worked out a schedule for the treatment in order to shuffle my dogs in and out to be out of the way. He encouraged "looking over his shoulder" during his work in case I had any questions or concerns. He treated a 1/2 bath that had no signs of infestation as a precaution, and at no extra charge took care of several hornets nests around the exterior. His price was a bit less, and way less then two other estimates I had from two A-Rated on Angie's list. His extended service contract was also much more reasonable and he pointedly stated that he doesn't give a "guarantee", because in this work there really is no such thing. I would highly recommend Mr. Garza/Arrest-A-Pest. Great work!
