Adrian and Arnold went above and beyond. They worked quick. They found our problem and solved it for us in under 1 hour! They had to remove a panel and not only did they seal it up — they put chicken wire to prevent our problem in the near future. Thank you both!! I never leave reviews — but I had to this time around! Excellent service! I called the night before. Adrian and his team were the first to call and come by on a Sunday! He was able to do the work that day after he inspected our attic. He repaired a large hole in our chimney and even painted it to match! He also installed screens on vents and did repairs w paint. He left a trap and had a team member come to check. We asked if they could leave it there a few days and they had no issue with that. We let him know we were still hearing noises- so he came back and set up a few more traps. I am a hard sale but would absolutely hire Adrian and his friendly team again. Especially because of his outstanding work and his 18-month guarantee. Very fair price-Great work Adrian! Thank you!

Very fast and friendly at a very good price. Replaced screen on gable attic vents . And they took photos of the job that they did because we were not able to get in the attic to inspect the job. I am very happy with the work they did and would have them back if I needed more of this kind of work done.

I called Critter Pros because we had a dead deer in our yard. Adrian came out on the spot and picked it up. He was very respectful and honest. We had called a few other places but they were way overpriced. Critter Pros was by far the most affordable and the best service!

Complete success!! So very happy with Adrian.. He was very prompt, positive and caring. He knew just what to do to rid us of our raccoon problem. We had spent several hundred dollars with someone else and twice they were unsuccessful. But Adrian with Critter Pros was such a pro. He came out when he said he would, discovered we had a nest in our attic. Momma and 6 babies. They had been residing in our attic for awhile. He took pictures and set up 2 traps in attic and one on top of roof. He identified the openings where they were coming in, fixed those. Came back the next day and momma was trapped on the roof in the cage. The squatters had been run out of the attic the when he went in to retrieve them, so the babies (which were already big enough to fend for themselves) were gone. So happy to have our house back!!! The work and customer service is top tier. I had an issue with raccoons in my attic and a hole in my roofing that needed closing that I had no idea how I was gonna get to. Adrian showed up and had that thing closed so fast I couldn’t believe it! He also trapped the raccoons and assured me that they will humanly release them back into the wild.
