"Awesome product and service by Statewide. I manage a number of properties in the DFW metroplex and recently replaced windows for two homes that I manage. I changed Suppliers (A "World" of difference) this time around due to consistently poor installation with the prior Supplier. While I paid a little more to Statewide than my previous Supplier, it was worth the difference in 1) quality of the product and 2) Installation. Statewide was considerably less than the gauging Pellas and Anderson marketeers without suffering ANY difference in window quality and installation. The Installation Crew was punctual, efficient and very thorough. I was pleased to not have to clean up broken glass and trim after them....like I had to with the prior Supplier. I plan to use Statewide again this Spring for my next window/door restoration project."

"The team showed up early and did a great job getting me into their schedule quickly. They were very courteous of my newly built home and did a wonderful job installing the supplied sliding shower glass enclosure. Would definately reccomend Zach!"

"High quality service at a fair price. Raphael was on time & did a great job! The rollers on my sliding door were broken & they were replaced in 45 minutes. Most door companies only want to replace the door or the glass, but very few want to repair / replace the rollers. Will definitely use RC Windows & Doors for future window / door repairs or replacements."

"John called within an hour of my request and arrived within 30 minutes after that and had the job done within an hour. I consider myself very fortunate and lucky that I found him. He had to remove some screws, straighten out all the bent metal pieces, and then put everything back together again, and get the window adjusted so that it operated correctly."

"We are overall pleased with the install. However, the guys who installed them left broken glass on my bedroom door that I stepped on. Also, the caulk around the outside could have been smoothed out. Other than that, it was all good."

"I had a couple questions about some trim on the inside part of some of the windows and the owner himself came out to make sure everything was done right and that I was happy with the install and new windows."

"Metroplex Glass installed a shower door for us. Service was GREAT, Price was GREAT, Speed of Service was GREAT. Others on HomeAdvisor quoted us as much as $1500 to install the shower door Metroplex was less than a 1/3 that price. Alex is very profession and a joy to work with. I highly recommend him for anything glass related at your home. JBuck"
