And when you show off the work, nobody would show up, it was one person at a time and they weren't in the Uh, even in the orders, they needed to be in. You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

"The lawn clean-up went well, he talked me out of removing the pool and deck. I bought fencing supplies and hard ware to replace privacy fencing. After the fence was done decided not to have the wall repaired at this time. I paid $3000 down another $5000 once the cleanup was underway when finished I was suppose to pay an additional $7000 but accidentally wrote it for $8000 the contractor did not correct me or say anything. I don't feel that the services provided were worth the money paid"

A sunroom will add more value to your home than a deck, but with a much higher up-front cost. Depending on its construction and function, a sunroom may be counted as additional living space, while a deck is strictly an outdoor feature. Both will increase your home’s value, but the sunroom will have a much bigger effect.

Sunrooms can count as a living space—and therefore count toward your home's square footage—if they are properly insulated and equipped with electrical and HVAC access, as in the case of a four-season room. However, in many cases, three-season sunrooms that function more as enclosed porches will not get included in the square footage count and fall into the exterior living space category.

A solarium is built almost entirely out of glass, whereas a sunroom is built using other materials for the walls and ceiling, with some windows added to the walls and possibly a skylight in the ceiling. However, the sunroom uses significantly less glass compared to the solarium. The solarium may not hold heat as well as a sunroom when built in colder climates. A sunroom can use different materials for insulation, and heating and cooling systems can more easily supplement the energy gained from sunlight.

If you want to hire a professional to build a screened-in porch, a local sunroom or porch contractor is your best bet. If you can't find a local sunroom builder, another option is to consider hiring a general contractor to perform the work. 

If you're handy, you may consider building the porch yourself. Before you do so, make sure you understand the local permit requirements and building codes so that you don't have any problems with the safety or structure of the porch.
