He had to remove some screws, straighten out all the bent metal pieces, and then put everything back together again, and get the window adjusted so that it operated correctly."

"We met with Charles twice for presentation on product pricing. We secured our own financing but they do offer options. We had about 40 windows in our 2 story house. We also had them rip out 3 windows & install a glass sliding door, wich we love. The installer was fabulous, his team was his family. They were professional & quick & I would hire them again without hesitation. Everything was done in less than a week, which I loved. The windows were on time & no errors on the order. We highly recommend the entire team. We get so many compliments from our neighbors that they look great & it was done so fast. Thank you to the entire Statewide Energy team!"
