"Worst moving experience I have ever had! I was in the hospital for an organ transplant, but my lease was ending and i had to move. I contacted Square Cow and they were GREAT on the phone. I explained that I needed my entire house packed up and moved on a precise day. They said that was no problem and they would take special care given the fact that I was hospitalized. 2 days before the scheduled move, they call my wife and tell her that they have a scheduling problem and they are coming THAT DAY. She explains that she isn't ready for them and they tell here that if they can't come that day, the deal is off. It is too late to schedule anyone else, so we have to let them come and start packing. They arrive, and right when one of the packers comes through our door he yells, "Aw F* C& no!" which did not give my wife much confidence. She called the company to talk to them about this and was told once again, if you don't like it, call someone else. They threw everything in boxes with no regard for safety or fragile items. Most of my tools were stolen. So many things were broken, we almost couldn't count them all. Their breakage sheet allows for three items. We were told we could not create our own claim sheet beyond what theirs allowed for. We ended up losing $18,000 worth of our stuff to theft and breakage and were told that's too bad. They did not put any boxes in the rooms they were labeled for. 80% just got stuck in the garage. My wife was left to move them into the house by herself. I cannot warn you enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible and they realize that they are in control if you absolutely have to move on a certain day. They completely took advantage of us and stole so many of our valuables. STAY AWAY!!!"

"3 Men Movers moved my small house of 1100sq. ft and did an ok job. They did however break my washing maching in the move and my floor was covered in water in my brand new house on the first start-up. I tried to do a claim but my $850 washing machine is only covered at $.60/lb and at 125lbs the washing maching is worth to them about $75 and would cost $500 to fix it. I do NOT recommend these movers as they don't speak english and do NOT care about the move. They will also try and extend as much time for more money as possible. "

"We hired A Better Tripp several years ago and they lied and cheated us. We asked several times for extra insurance and they lied to us about the process. Secondarily, they promised to bring appropriate materials to pack our fragile and valuable items. They did not and one of the movers brought his out-of-shape wife to pack me up. They caused over $30k worth of damage and promised to make good on reimbursing me. Instead, they ran out the clock lying all the way. These are the most unethical and horrible people I have ever worked with. Not only did I lose many valuable things in a flood, I then lost valuable items in the move. They did not even put blankets around my Italian leather couch and ruined it so I have to spend $6k re-doing it. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY THINGS. They had the nerve to call me crazy when the CONTRACTED (they lie about this, too), third-party mover, not them moved my things. This was a $22k move that ruined $30k worth of my items. The contracted mover, after seeing the devastation of my items, told A Better Tripp that I was crazy. How pathetic that they believed them and then lied to me about doing something about this. I know other people who also had a terrible experience."
