I explained the problem and we intenatively set a date for them to come out and look at the septic tank on Monday April 29, 2013( called them on sunday). They were able to come out on monday and I met them at the house. The problem went from replacing a pump($1150.00) to much more ( $3650.00). I understood the increase in cost because of the additional issues discovered with the septic tank. The septic tank is a convential septic system and tree roots had grown into the tank and the pump was no longer connected to the field line, they had to dig up the field line, they put in risers on two of the tanks, replace the pump, concrete the holes and installed a panel that would notify us in the future of any pump problems. Aaron enterprise explained everything to me and my husband and the job they did was EXCELLANT. My only issue was on Angies list the payment options were listed as Mastercard, Visa, check and discover and after the job was near completion we were told they did not accept credit cards. I had to scramble to find a solution since I had planned to pay with a credit card. Since this was an UNEXPECTED EXPENSE AND COSTLY I feel I should have been informed that they did not accept credit cards before the job was started so that I could have called another company that did accept credit cards. I have NO problems with the work they performed. The men were very professional and completed the job and I will use them again as long as I have the cash to pay them since they do not accept credit cards.
