I had a fantastic experience with Acapulco Movers. The two-man team, led by Simon, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were prompt, professional, and respectful. They worked very well together, handling all of my belongings with great care and efficiency. They made sure to ask exactly where I wanted everything placed, and they did so with patience and attention to detail. I especially appreciated how courteous and considerate they were throughout the process. I felt completely safe and comfortable with them in my home — they were true gentlemen. They also worked quickly without cutting corners, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others. The movers were awesome! They were quick and efficient. We had three stops and they had no issue with moving quickly at each stop. Everything was loaded carefully. I would definitely book with this company again.

The 2-man crew got my move done quick and were very well stocked with blankets and tape. Communication was simple and straightforward directly to one of the gentleman who was doing the moving. There was no middle-man/office person to go through (thus costing more), and no pricing gimmicks or fancy trucks were rolled into the cost as with some other movers who provided quotes tried to sell me on. Don't be a sap and hire these guys! The apartment I moved from was 3rd floor and had a narrow steep staircase, which I'd consider a difficult move, but Acapulco movers handled it without damaging my belongings.

Excellent job! The 3 gentleman were bilingual and knew exactly what to do. Very courteous, professional, and experienced. This was not a job to be entrusted for a rookie. I've used them before and continue to be impressed. They are the best!

I’ve used Simon 3 times, he and his crew are fantastic. They take great care ensuring my items are well protected. I have a very large cabinet and they have moved it up and down numerous flights of stairs. I highly recommend and if I move again, I will definitely use them.

The team was great. They showed up on time, took wonderful care of my furniture during the move, and took their time to take my bed apart and reassemble it properly. I would use their service again, and recommend them.

They were short one person, but the 2 did good work.

After reading reviews and getting multiple quotes, I went with Acapulco. They were the cheapest but that was a BAD CHOICE! They arrived late- at 6pm, then refused to do the job because they “needed more time”. I asked them to do what they could in whatever time they had and they still refused. I needed to be out by tomorrow and they did not care. The supervisor was rude and did not speak English so the worker that was translating just kept apologizing and saying their was nothing he could do. Go with a more reliable company. This experience was terrible. Do not use Acapulco Movers!!!

The movers were punctual, polite and respectful of my items. They did an awesome job with my piano and put it exactly where I needed it to go. Further they put all of my furniture where I asked. Great service, fast and reliable. I would definitely use them again!!!

Amazing!! They called with a quote right away and stuck to the number agreed on. No hidden fees or trying to switch the pricing day of. They showed up early and worked their Tails off the entire time. They used their truck and helped unload my packed u-haul. I would seriously recommend them to anyone and would use again if I ever need to move.

They showed up on time, with all the supplies, ready to work. They worked very hard and had a good attitude. They were very careful and wrapped the furniture very well. Sinue double checked to make sure everything was done right, and that I was satisfied.

I chose this company due to the reviews. I was set to move last weekend at 10 am. I booked them two weeks in advance ..i even reminded them the day before just to confirm. On the day of moving ...1020 came around and noone was at my house. I called and the guy thought it was humorous and said sorry his men are delayed and wont be there till after 1 pm. When you move..the movers are the people that are scheduled and supposed to be consistent. I was so disappointed..i was on a time schedule. I had to last minute book with other movers and they showed up within 45 minutes. Acapulco movers called me and said they could have someone in an hr ..its too late you already lost my trust . I would not recommending going to these people because they say something..and then they do something else.

The men did a great job!! I will hire them again.
