He also discussed replacement part quality and seemed interested in making sure I was getting good quality parts but not excessively costly ones. He was quick in fixing and fine-tuning the leaking toilet. It was obvious he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. The door lock also works great now. His rate was very fair.
