From the moment I called Dalton, everything changed. They’ve repaired our unit multiple times quickly and honestly—never upselling, always guiding us with integrity. Their advice to wait on replacing our system until upcoming regulation changes saved us time and money. We finally upgraded during a remodel, and their service was nothing short of exceptional. I’ve lived all over the country—Dalton Air is hands down the best HVAC company I’ve used. Exceptional and prompt service, would not use anyone else.

Excellent! Lewis is a great guy, and this time I hired his company to do maintenance checks at two rental houses (it's important to make sure things are in working order about once each year). This company is very thorough and I trust their work 100%.

something was wrong with my hvac system and i didn't know what. dalton's went out and fixed it in no time. i am so pleased with this company for its knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor. it is so difficult to know who to call if you are suddenly in need of service on something like this, and most of us just take our chances on a name we find on the internet. i am so pleased to have found dalton's and can highly recommend them for hvac work.

LEWIS DALTON STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON ALL THE INFO THAT AMERICAN HOME SHIELD WAS GIVING HIM. ABOUT 3-4 DAYS ( WEEKEND INCLUDED) LEWIS SENT MANUEL AND CHRIS OUT TO DO ALL THE REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND ANSWERED ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY TO FIX MY AC. I WILL NEVER USE AN OTHER AC COMPANY AGAIN. THEY WERE GREAT!!!!!
