Brian Fuller of SSR did a great job for us. No more leaks! We had others work on our flat roof, but we always ended up with problems and when we had problems, the others were nowhere to be found. SSR did our neighbor's roof (which had also had problems) and SSR did a great job there as well. SSR was 100% professional and timely. They showed up on time and returned calls promptly. When Brian was on vacation, his brother, Ben, was ready to help us (but we did not need it). We will definitely use them again, but I doubt that we will need it :)

Ben Fuller handled my project. I received two other bids and the Straight Solutions price was very competitive. The quality of work was very good. Despite the rainy weather, the job was completed ahead of schedule. Ben heard and followed up on all my concerns during and after the project. I am happy with the end result. I would hire them again.

I began my search for a new roof by getting many estimates from a number of different roofing providers.  I finally decided to use Straight Solutions because of price, customer service, and previous reviews.  They weren't the cheapest, but were very competitive.  Several of the other companies were pushing thinner gauge snap-lock roofs for a much higher price, but that's not what I was interested in.
I worked with Brian Fuller, one of the owners.  He was very responsive, and very patient with my many questions.  He recognized that this was a pretty substantial investment, so he wanted me to have all the info I needed.  He invited me out to their metal shop where he showed me the operation, samples of all the materials they use, and gave me a good review of what I was getting into. He drew pictures of how everything hooks together so I would be comfortable with the process.  Then he provided some chunks of metal in the colors I was contemplating so I could go home and compare colors to match my brick.  He kept in touch throughout the entire project and made several onsite visits during the project.
The crew was very competent and professional.  Unfortunately, the job spanned all the recent rainstorms we received so there was one or two days the crew couldn't work.  Brian called me several times to make sure we were coordinated.  He also called during a lull in the rain to make sure everything was still good and I didn't have any leaks (considering the roof was not yet completed).  Other than the rain days, they finished the job in the timeframe specified, and I'm very satisfied with their workmanship.  They even asked my permission to work on Saturday to complete the job because more rain was on the way. 
I'm very satisfied with my decision to go with Straight Solutions, and would highly recommend them.  My house looks great!

oversaw the project from start to finish. 
The whole process went seamlessly and took less than two days.  The company installed new attic vents, all
new flashing,  and left the site absolutely spotless.  Their price was
very reasonable and their work was beyond professional.  We enjoyed working with Ben and highly
recommend Straight Solutions.     

First of all this was a project that I had thought was perhaps a year or two down the road. I could see some "lifting" of the old roof and there was some evidence that the soffit in one area was getting some water damage. Fortunately I decided to have the roof inspected by someone who could not only get onto the various roofs of my house, but also be able to advise on its current condition. As is my norm I researched experienced metal roofers not only with Angie but with various other sources. End result, I had my bidders list of four qualified bidders ready to go out for bid. This is following my usual procedure, however this time I decided to first get someone inspect the roof so that I could dimension the size of the problem and through that process decide how much of the roof needed to be replaced, after all from the ground I could see only one side of my roof showing any immediate wear. Of the four qualified bidders I selected Straight Solutions to come out for the inspection. The choice really came down to whom I thought had the experience with standing seam roofs, which I had already decided was the design I wanted. Brian Fuller came out for the inspection . He was extremely knowledgeable about the roof I had and the roof I wanted. He climbed up onto the roof (in not the most favorable conditions) and gave me an assessment of the issues and agreed to come back with quotations broken down to what was needed right now, plus options for the rest of the house roof(s) plus the garage. Before he left. he insisted on  going back onto the roof and sealed some very obvious damaged areas before the rain storm expected later that day.

When the quote came in the next day, I was so impressed with the roof design, method, and execution plan that I opted to award Straight Solutions the job, forgoing my usual competitive bidding process.  I am relieved and happy to report that my trust in Straight Solutions was rewarded. The crews showed up on time. They were properly manned to do the job and were very well trained. The crews were very easy to work with and very conscientious in cleaning up each night. I couldn't be happier with my new roof. It meets all of my expectations. The standing seam design is a roofer's roof and Straight Solutions installs a good one.

I worked with Clay Fuller. He described the work he and his crew would do in detail from start to finish - remove old roof, make seamless roof panels, install roof, and clean up. He gave me a precise schedule which he stuck to and finished everything on time. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Our roof had hail damage, and we decided to go with the best roof we could, and we had always wanted a standing seam roof so that we can add a rainwater collection system later. We had these guys put on a standing seam metal roof w/kynar colored coating, for extra energy efficiency and to qualify for the federal tax credit. Their bid came in several thousand lower than the other 5 companies we requested bids from. (And the total cost would have been cheaper, but we opted to add some skylights and go with a kynar coating, instead of unpainted metal.) Without additional fees they added a 2.5" drip edge to our roof (using the same color steel as the roof), - thus covering our trim strip and eliminating our need to ever paint that again (yeah!). They were prompt and their finish work was done beautifully. We did a lot of driving around looking at other metal roofs they put on, and the work was done beautifully on all the roofs we saw. They even added a little star to the front of our garage trim - a lovely and unexpected touch that we really like. Prompt to handle the one follow-up request we had, too. Really great company! After our insurance paid the hail claim, and we got our federal energy tax credit, our cost was about $10,000.
