The assoaciation reminds us of the best of the best ribbons in the yellow pages. Its funny when the company with the most ribbons has all the complaints from the BBB for the year and yet they get the best of the best ribbon for that year. The company gets a form to fill out from the local news paper and then they judge themselves and they put a ribbon in their ad saying they are the best of the best for that year.
