I called for an inspection and estimate.  Found termites and quoted a price of $900.00.  He explained the process which included drilling thru concrete patio at back of house in several places.  I accepted the bid and scheduled a time for the treatment.  Tech showed up on time but said he didn't have enough of the chemical and was waiting on someone to bring him more.  No one showed up with more chemical but he went ahead and treated.  I questioned this but he said he had enough.  No drilling thru concrete was done.  Tech said it wasn't necessary that he could treat between patio slab and house but yet the price was the same.  Not sure I understand this.....I had not moved the patio slab since the guy that did the inspection and estimate was there.  I had soaker hoses all around the house to water the foundation.  When he dug by the foundation for the treatment he left the dirt piled up and the soaker hoses pulled out.  I had to level out the dirt and put the hoses back after he left.  Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.

We had just purchased out house. They were very quick to return phone calls if out of the office, set times and dates to do things and it was done when it was supposed to be.  They worked with my realtor to get in and out since we hadn't moved in yet.  Pleased with service!

It was a small place. The job went very well. They were on time. We haven't had any roaches or anything in two months. They did a good job.
