Alpha Omega Siding & Windows

The work I contracted for was completed in October, 2017 and I paid on time the amount asked for. Mr. Chavarria promised the Certificate of Compliance and on Oct. 14, 2017 told me that the engineer has already come to inspect the work and has submitted the paper work to Windstorm Ins. Assoc. Since I have called several times (12's). I keep receiving excuses that the engineer is very busy, the paperwork take time, the engineer has been out of the country, etc. The bottom line is that I do not have the Certificate of Compliance and I will be having problem with my Windstorm Insurance. I really trusted this company, but at this point I do not think they are worthy of my trust. Be careful when dealing with them.

OK. Took 2.5 weeks. Including painting. That's a ton on money for me. I guess it was a ton of work though.

I am very happy with the work done.  The job was done within one day.  The workers were courteous and professional.  The quality of the work done is very good.  The price was very reasonable.  I will use this company again in the future.

Very pleased with the work done. Only took 1&1/2 days. Cleaned up after themselves beyond belief. Couldn't even they had been here. When they left they told our dog that was constantly bothering them that they were going to miss him, LOL great job highly remcommendened.

Alpha Omega came in behind another contractor that did not work out.  Previous contractor had installed windows incorrectly and had recommended siding that was inappropriate for the structure.  Alpha Omega corrected previous contractor's mistakes and completed the job in a timely manner.  They worked to minimize inconvenience to my tenants.  Pricing was fair and appropriate.  Excellent company.  Will use them in the future.

The actual sales presentation, was professional informative and very personal. Manuel provided an answer to every question we had while making our purchase decision. There was no pressure at all. In our opinion his window products were better quality and a much better price point, than Window World. Great folks, professional and courteous. The installation went smooth and they cleaned up everything after they were done. I will definitely call them again for other improvements for my home.

Visited with Manuel at the home show. Came and did estimate. Came highly recommended from our neighbors. Gave us an estimated start time. Happy to say the jobs his crew did were very well done. Awesome crew, they did the work without any problems, didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Cleaned up every day ready for the next. House looks totally new. Highly recommend them.

We saw the company at the home show and asked for an estimate for gutters.  We made and appointment and got an quote which we approved.  Out house is a two story range style and we had about 200 ft. of 5"  seamless aluminum gutters installed.   The crew was outstanding and the job done in about 7 hours.  We are very pleased.

We talked to the company and the home show and asked for an estimate for 5" gutters.  During the next week he came by and measured the amount needed and gave us a price right then.  We paid 1/3 down and picked the color.  The following week the crew came and installed the seamless gutters.  We have a split level ranch style house so about a third of the gutters needed to go on the second floor.   I am very pleased with the finished product and installation.  I would recommend this company because of the professionalism everyone has shown.

They took a little longer than they probably should have and when we needed things cleaned up, they did not always get it done promptly. They started with the work in October of 2011 and took them until March of 2012 to get finished. It looks nice once it got done but their clean up was not as good as I thought it could have been. The time when the work was done, the economy was still sucking pretty bad and so part of the dilemma is that they did not have another job contracted or ready to work after mine was completed and because of that there was a cash flow issue on their ownership side so it was one of these ills or because he did not have any other contract, he did not have enough cash flow in order to get the job done at the time it should have been completed. It should have been about a two to two and a half month project and it ended up almost six months. We have to look at it that way. It was a job that got strung out too long. The clean up was not what it should have been or what was agreed upon and that clean up included debris that was left that I eventually been hold off and then the clean up on a daily basis on the cultured rock was not done timely or very well so what I had was drippings that basically dried up on this cultured rock and so it did not come out as sharp as it should have. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Contractor came to our house and gave us a bid the following day after we called him. Siding work took on week, follow by the paint work that also took about a week in line with time estimate given by contractor. Both the carpenter and painter were very professional and did a great job. We would use them again if needed.

overall experience was good. i was treated fairly and the work was completed as promised. i was not expecting to pay so much but i understand that the cost was more because of what had to be done to meet building codes. i was expecting the work to start sooner than it did. i gave them a down payment and then didn't hear another thing from them for almost a month. the owner is well aware of the work and checks the work in progress. the workers did break a water pipe while removing the old siding but the co. called a plumber and fixed the problem. another concern i had was the siding. the owner showed me an insulated sample but the salesman showed me another vinyl siding that was not insulated and told me that this was what they were going to install. that was not what i thought i was getting. after a brief conversation with the owner, he agreed to install the insulated siding since that's what he showed me and that's what i thought i was buying and at the estimated cost. the chimney cap is outrageously expensive. ALOT more than what i thought...by about a thousand dollars more. it looks great and does what it's supposed to.
