They did not listen to my concerns after the whole house floating floor was installed by them. Their guys rushed through the job they told my husband they had somewhere else to be. They damaged our appliance. They kept referring me back to our contract for interferences and that they weren’t responsible and said they did the job + kept us happy! We never said we WERE happy. We wanted to have the whole house flooring replaced because we were unhappy. We decided to keep the floor but asked for them to fix an area that was unlevel. They responded we did a lot of work for you already and didn’t charge you... I didn’t ask for the additional leveling for FREE. I asked how much would it cost and never got a straight answer. They do a whole lot to get you as their customer. But once you’re their customer they will not take any responsibility for their errors!

It could not have gone BETTER!!!!! This is one of the best company's I have worked with in a long time.  You need to be patience, because they are very busy, but they came the date they were booked for. The workmanship is top quality and looks better than I had expected.  The flooring is very easy to clean with a garden hose.  Mark Sullivan and his staff were a pleasure to do business with. Top notch all the way.

It went great, despite terrible, wet weather! Mark and his team were great - very easy to talk to and deal with. We spoke on the phone at length prior to setting up the service, and once arrangements were made, they were on time and done in the amount of time they said it would take, despite the fact that we were experiencing terrible weather that week. The floor looks fantastic and I'm sure it is going to be extremely durable - can't wait to get my shop set up!

I truly felt that a thicker epoxy coating should of been applied on the first day securing a better adhesion to floor thus, a more likelihood of a longer life span for Epoxy flooring. As well, more color flakes should of been applied to floors creating a more rougher floor texture. Another learning process is to ensure the contractor bring some sort of material of a min. 10' x 10' matting area to be used as a work area for mixing epoxy components. Thus, not spilling epoxy resins and leaving stains on driveway. Another issue that I have noticed is that the patio area flooring seems to gotten some yellowish stains in sealer plus, I noticed that when the floor gets wet from the rain the floor turns a white color, but clears up after drying. Overall I feel that this was a good idea for my home and I do recommend this organization for future flooring projects, but at a more reasonable price.

Couldn't be happier with the results. I had originally planned to buy a kit from the hardware store (around $200) and do it myself. My friends have done this, and there is no comparison. Their floors are already chipping up after a few months, and looks shabby. I spent quite a bit more, but it looks like a professional gym floor, and will add to my home's resale value without question. Mark (the owner) was onsite both days monitoring the process. He is a pleasure to do business with. I had another home project i was planning to get done at the same time, and wasn't sure i could do both due to monetary issues. He worked with me, and offered me a rate deal due to a homeshow he was currently promoting through, allowing me to get both projects done. Great company, great owner, great deal. Your neighbors will be envious, mine definitley are.
