John is fantastic! He was recommended to us from the pervious home owners, and we are so glad they told us! We are first time pool owners, therefore completely clueless, so we signed up for his pool school last fall. It was several valuable hours of info! Since then we have had a few things go out, and we also made the switch to salt water. John has handled all of our needs, and guided us through the process each time. On top of that when we have a concern, like the pump isn't turning on, or going in and out, John is very responsive and helps us trouble shoot. Sometimes it means we need him to come take a look/fix, sometimes we can troubleshoot and fix without a trip. I have great respect for anybody that provides an awesome service, but I have even greater respect for those that are honest, kind and responsive! That is John! Call John for your pool needs, you will not be disappointed!

John went beyond what he promised and didn't charge extra for it. Only minor issues I had were scheduling a time when we could both be at the house and paying him. I don't use checks and his credit card swiper wasn't working. We used Paypal instead.

John is great. Very honest... I was quote a price of 200 but he said if he could get it done in less then an hour it would be a little cheaper... and in the end he charged me 175. We have already had John back out to repair another issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
