I have been using Starfish Pools since March 2020. They perform the weekly service of our pool and overall maintenance of our equipment. They are great! We don’t even have to think about it. They show up every week and keep our pool crystal clear and spotless! They also recommend any service that might be needed on our filtration system and handle that as well. Their staff in the office and field are all great people! If I ever have any technical questions, I reach out to the owner, Aaron Winger, and he will promptly return my call and answer any question I may have. I highly recommend Starfish Pools! Starfish Pools is awesome! They worked fast and kept us up to date every step of the way. They cleaned up as they went and continued to follow up with us after the work was done to make sure everything was to our liking. The pool looks beautiful!

Starfish remodeled our pool, including new decking. It looks amazing. They also added an outdoor kitchen area and additional stone work which also turned out beautifully. They were so easy to work with. The owner, Aaron, is so responsive. They now service our pool and I love the app they use that includes exactly what they did and before and after pics. It went wonderfully. Our pool and spa was drained, acid / power washed and a one time water chemical balance. It was done with such ease and assurance. It looks like new again. Highly recommended.

Pool looks great and ready for many years fun.

I used their services during the months of May and June to clean and maintain our pool. We pay $130.00 per month for this service. The pool service part was fine, he was always on time and nice. I noticed something going on that concerned me and noticed that everytime they would shock the pool there was a white powder on the bottom surface of the pool. I told them about this and he said that we would have to charge to charge extra to vacuum the pool. I told him we weren't going to pay for that and he said he didn't know why it was white and he would call Aaron the owner. Aaron came out with an attitude and said that our filter was dirty and I told him we would clean the filter we always do. He said we need to dip it in acid which we didn't know and told him to tell us what we needed to do and we would do it that he didn't have to clean the filter. He did anyway. A few weeks later we were told the pool was leaking and the normal guy who cleans it said he would again have to call Aaron because he didn't do that part of the pool like motors etc. Supposedly Aaron was suppose to come out and never showed. I finally called another company who charged me $100.00 and when they came said that it was not a leak it was just standing water and he ended up replacing a seal/gasket, lubed another part and tightened something because he felt bad that he came out there for that and I would still have to pay the $100.00. I called Starfish and told them that I was cancelling my service with them and wouldn't be needing them any longer because I just didn't like Aaron's attitude when a problem had came up. I have now received a bill for $330.00 for services that I don't when he was here or if he was here. He comes unannounced and doesn't allow me to approve what he might be doing and then sends me a bill for services that I never agreed to if he performed them. He charged me $25.00 for cleaning the filter that I told him we would do and not to bother with that and he did it anyway. The pool cleaner was great, the owner has an attitude and never came announced.

I've been using Aaron for the past six months to clean and maintain our swiming pool. He's cleaned this pool for many years before we owned the home so I felt comfortable letting him resume the service. Aaron is friendly, professional and his prices seem reasonable and he also keeps our pool looking clean. The one time that our pool didn't seem as clean after the service, I called him to let him know and he came back out later in the week for a recleaning.
