We were drawn to New Bath Technologies because of the Onyx shower products they are trained to install. We love the onyx base and we ARE SO GLAD we didn't use tile & grout on the shower floor. We did a complete remodel of our master and New Bath did all the work on the shower and bathtub side of our bathroom. Our installer was Dandy and he is everything you want in a handyman. He was thoughtful, he communicated every detail to us, he asked for input when it came to design aspects, he works efficiently and he does great finish work. We feel confident in his plumbing work and we know that New Bath would take care of us if anything went wrong, but we don't expect any problems. We have been using the shower for a few months now and it's just perfect. We love the size, the shower heads (Faucets showroom was were we purchased shower fixtures), the glass walls and door are high quality. We are just over the moon with it. We highly recommend New Bath Technologies."

"We originally planned to just replace two bathtubs. Phil responded quickly--even tho this was just a small job for them. The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. We thought we'd need to replace our shower door, too; but Phil was able to fix rather than replace it, saving us considerable money. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. They were professional, on time, did great work and my bathrooms are gorgeous! Highly recommend this company"

"I dont think I could have picked a better team to work on removing My bathtub and the old tile and replacing it with a shower. They did a magnificent job I am extremely pleased. "After a high-pressure sales pitch presented as an estimate, a "3 days tops" job turned into a month. The materials are good quality and the overall end result is fine now, but it was a circus during the install! First, someone drove a screw through the wall straight into an electrical outlet on the other side! Thank goodness the house didn't burn down when it shorted out inside the wall. After going back and forth with a supervisor "Aaron" who was never even there during the work, saying that it was an existing problem in the electrical system, it finally got fixed. When there's a brand new 3-inch screw going through the box, that is definitely not an existing wiring problem! Apparently they ran out of the screws they were supposed to be using and tried to improvise... Then, 2 floor tiles were cracked during the job and they had to be replaced. Luckily, the same tiles were in stock at the local big box so it was able to be repaired without changing the entire floor, but tack on another day of work. Then, the shower doors were installed upside down and backwards, so another trip had to be made for that to be remedied AFTER they had to order a completely new set of doors! So for 2 weeks we were shimmying into the shower behind a shelf at the back wall of the bathroom. All in all, for the price you pay for this type of shower, I'd expect the workmanship and attention to detail to be much better. The crew was very nice during the process and did eventually own up to and fix the flubs, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a top of the line kit from a big box and have an independent contractor install it for half the cost. I was also encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for a gift card, which would explain a lot of the 5 star reviews around the net..."

"The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."

"I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"
