"Josh was our sales rep. He is super friendly and fantastic to work with. He answered all of our emails/calls very quickly. We were drawn to New Bath Technologies because of the Onyx shower products they are trained to install. We love the onyx base and we ARE SO GLAD we didn't use tile & grout on the shower floor. We did a complete remodel of our master and New Bath did all the work on the shower and bathtub side of our bathroom. Our installer was Dandy and he is everything you want in a handyman. He was thoughtful, he communicated every detail to us, he asked for input when it came to design aspects, he works efficiently and he does great finish work. We feel confident in his plumbing work and we know that New Bath would take care of us if anything went wrong, but we don't expect any problems. We have been using the shower for a few months now and it's just perfect. We love the size, the shower heads (Faucets showroom was were we purchased shower fixtures), the glass walls and door are high quality. We are just over the moon with it. We highly recommend New Bath Technologies."

The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. We thought we'd need to replace our shower door, too; but Phil was able to fix rather than replace it, saving us considerable money. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. "The installation happened right on schedule and the installers were right on time. They didnâ t leave a speck of dust or dirt in our home. The product is beautiful and looks like real marble. The pix plumbing lines they used to replace our copper lines will last longer than the house.â ¨ They were careful to ensure that there werenâ t any gaps between their product and the sheetrock, floor tile or anything where they installed new product.â ¨ They were able to replace our rounded tub surround without any issues. "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"I had a great experience with Quality Renovations. They repaired drywall in two areas of my home - one where my child pushed on a toilet paper holder and another near the bathtub that looked like it might have black mold. The technician was very professional, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and even gave helpful suggestions to prevent issues like this in the future. He treated the affected area, patched everything up, and retextured the walls so it all looks good as new - you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair!"

"The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."

"Alan and his team did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They converted a bar-height kitchen island to counter-height, replaced the granite with a beautiful marble-look quartz, replaced the outdated back-splash with glass tile, took out an under cabinet vent hood and replaced it with a modern, stand-alone stainless steel vent hood, installed a new gas range top, installed Alexa-enabled LED lights under and over our cabinets, took out a built-in desk and replaced it with more storage, and replaced a trash compactor with a pull out trash bin that matches our other cabinets. The end result was breath-taking! With about a month of advance planning, they were able to get most of the work done in about a week and a half. We've already started talking to Alan about our next project!"
