"Josh was our sales rep. He is super friendly and fantastic to work with. He answered all of our emails/calls very quickly. We were drawn to New Bath Technologies because of the Onyx shower products they are trained to install. We love the onyx base and we ARE SO GLAD we didn't use tile & grout on the shower floor. We did a complete remodel of our master and New Bath did all the work on the shower and bathtub side of our bathroom. Our installer was Dandy and he is everything you want in a handyman. He was thoughtful, he communicated every detail to us, he asked for input when it came to design aspects, he works efficiently and he does great finish work. We feel confident in his plumbing work and we know that New Bath would take care of us if anything went wrong, but we don't expect any problems. We have been using the shower for a few months now and it's just perfect. We love the size, the shower heads (Faucets showroom was were we purchased shower fixtures), the glass walls and door are high quality. We are just over the moon with it. "The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"

"What's Next is the best. About an hour after I posted on Angie's List, Alan was at my home. I showed him all the work that I wanted done (it was extensive - 4 bathrooms (master - removing bathtub and installing a sauna with moving the shower to where the tub is now-so very extensive), kitchen, flooring). The next day I had an estimate. I was amazed at the estimate; Alan remembered everything that I told him about (the estimate was about 10 pages long if that gives you any idea of the amount of work I wanted done). The estimate was broken down by room and then by job such as installing tile on floor, installing tile on shower walls, removing existing plumbing, installing faucets. The kitchen/living area cabinets have been painted - would never know they used to be dark brown (now white). 3 of the bathrooms are done - they are beautiful. We are in the process of installing hardwood flooring in our upstairs - not manufactured hardwood, but actual wood being nailed down and then stained. The 4th bath is going to wait till 2021 - we need a break from the dust :-). All of What's Next workers that were at my home were very polite, extremely hardworking, on time every day (sometimes arriving before 8 AM), and very trustworthy. Alan wants his customers to be thoroughly satisfied with the work done, and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. I made a comment about needing to get the cars washed due to all the dust from cutting tile in our garage, and he offered to get them washed for me! All that being said, I would highly recommend What's Next to anyone looking to do a remodel (especially an extensive one like we had done!)."
