Luis did an excellent job on our garden tub repair and refinishing. The cracked sidewall of the marble tub was very uneven so we needed a repair. He was able to repair the crack and refinish leaving it smooth and consistent with the material applied. We also decided to have both countertops refinished in the same material. It is absolutely beautiful! Light, smooth and cleans easily. If ever a need for this service, this company needs to be highly considered. All work was represented and delivered as promised. We are very satisfied with the workmanship.

Miracle Method came out and gave me a free estimate. All the people I talked with were very friendly and helpful. For the work to be done it was a good estimate. The Tech guy Tom who did the work was very polite, easy to talk to, and if I had a question he give me an answer that help me to understand. The job took two days and Tom kept everything clean after each days work. Looks great and totally satisfied.

I can't say how pleased I was with the service performed! I had a very ugly situation in the bathroom of a rental house. The tiles had started to buckle where the tub met the tile area in a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. The tenant had taped plastic sheeting to the wall. The estimate process was a little strange, with only photos being exchanged, but I was given the terms and conditions via a text and based on Angies list reviews, I decided to go with Miracle Method. To complicate the situation, the first available appointment was when I was going to be out of the country, so I had to rely on my son to let the contractor into the house. There was a bit of a delay the morning of the project, and to complicate matters, my son (who is moving into the house) hadn't turned on the water to the house yet (kids!). I arrived back into the US prepared for the worst, and instead saw the exact result that was promised via text. The enclosure looks brand new, the wall is solid, and it is entirely sealed up! They promised the enclosure would look brand new, and they delivered. Absolutely pleased with this company.

He never gave me a quote. If he did it went to someone else. Waited over a month and left a message with no return phone call.

Martin was very nice and informative when he visited for the estimate. Luis was very nice and did a good job. He let me know his status and when I could inspect his work. Much cheaper/faster than replacing everything.

So far it is good. The smell was bad.

It was performed in a smooth, seamless fashion exactly the way the salesman said it would, & at the exact price he quoted.

Shower refinishing was done timely. Shower doors needed some adjusting. These were eventually taken care of. Luis and Tom were great. Overall happy with finished looks.

Martin came out and provided an estimate for the work to be done and patiently worked with my wife to make choices on colors. When the day came to begin the work Luis showed us what he would be doing and described very well what to expect during and after the process. He carefully and expertly prepped the area and began working. My wife had a change of mind about colors during the process but Luis was very cooperative in making the adjustment. We added one extra item to the work and there was no issue with getting it done. Both Martin and Luis were the best and professional all the way. Definitely, a candidate for Angie's Choice Award.
