"Josh was our sales rep. He is super friendly and fantastic to work with. He answered all of our emails/calls very quickly. We were drawn to New Bath Technologies because of the Onyx shower products they are trained to install. We love the onyx base and we ARE SO GLAD we didn't use tile & grout on the shower floor. We did a complete remodel of our master and New Bath did all the work on the shower and bathtub side of our bathroom. Our installer was Dandy and he is everything you want in a handyman. He was thoughtful, he communicated every detail to us, he asked for input when it came to design aspects, he works efficiently and he does great finish work. We feel confident in his plumbing work and we know that New Bath would take care of us if anything went wrong, but we don't expect any problems. We have been using the shower for a few months now and it's just perfect. We love the size, the shower heads (Faucets showroom was were we purchased shower fixtures), the glass walls and door are high quality. We are just over the moon with it. We highly recommend New Bath Technologies."

"We had an issue with water seepage behind the tiles and decided to replace our Bathtub with a stand in shower . we then called in Five Star Bath Solutions for a quote. We were familiar with the process having worked with other vendors in the past for similar services. We were pleasantly surprised since the Bath Solutions team was very attentive to details , knew their stuff and cut to the chase quickly. We liked this a lot because they were very professional and clearly communicated timelines and were very accommodative with our needs. Rakesh then came in , walked us through in very fine detail and gave us the confidence that they have been there , seen it and done that which was critical. Then they were able to get us started earlier and we had the entire install done in one day and we were able to use the shower. They also gave us time to use it so that we knew that the quality was outstanding and any minor issues were addressed right away. All along a very great experience with Bath Solutions and would refer them to anyone else needing their services."

"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

They repaired drywall in two areas of my home - one where my child pushed on a toilet paper holder and another near the bathtub that looked like it might have black mold. The technician was very professional, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and even gave helpful suggestions to prevent issues like this in the future. He treated the affected area, patched everything up, and retextured the walls so it all looks good as new - you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. "What's Next is the best. About an hour after I posted on Angie's List, Alan was at my home. I showed him all the work that I wanted done (it was extensive - 4 bathrooms (master - removing bathtub and installing a sauna with moving the shower to where the tub is now-so very extensive), kitchen, flooring). The next day I had an estimate. I was amazed at the estimate; Alan remembered everything that I told him about (the estimate was about 10 pages long if that gives you any idea of the amount of work I wanted done). The estimate was broken down by room and then by job such as installing tile on floor, installing tile on shower walls, removing existing plumbing, installing faucets. The kitchen/living area cabinets have been painted - would never know they used to be dark brown (now white). 3 of the bathrooms are done - they are beautiful. We are in the process of installing hardwood flooring in our upstairs - not manufactured hardwood, but actual wood being nailed down and then stained. The 4th bath is going to wait till 2021 - we need a break from the dust :-). All of What's Next workers that were at my home were very polite, extremely hardworking, on time every day (sometimes arriving before 8 AM), and very trustworthy. Alan wants his customers to be thoroughly satisfied with the work done, and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. I made a comment about needing to get the cars washed due to all the dust from cutting tile in our garage, and he offered to get them washed for me! All that being said, I would highly recommend What's Next to anyone looking to do a remodel (especially an extensive one like we had done!)."

"I paid less than half of a bid I got from a company with lots of people and lots of overhead. And I am confident that my project was of comparable quality. Removed tub and put in a high-quality walk-in shower- ½” cultured marble wall panels, custom-made shelf, solid cultured marble drain pan with texture to prevent slipping, grab bars, high-quality double-sliding glass doors. I wish the project had taken three days instead of four but that is my only complaint. Jay and his assistant did a good job. He had some good money-saving suggestions and was easy to work with. He matched the swirls on the wall panels (including the indented shelf!) and made the shower walls flow together. Great job!"
