If he can't make the appt. on time, he calls/texts to let you know. We have had his company do 6 bathrooms in the past from new counter tops, shower only installs, bathtub, new designer cabinets, plumbing and electrical outlets. I've had all of his workers do great jobs. When we move again and need another bathroom update, I have Josh's number in my phone. And no, we are not related in any way!"

The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. We thought we'd need to replace our shower door, too; but Phil was able to fix rather than replace it, saving us considerable money. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. "We had an issue with water seepage behind the tiles and decided to replace our Bathtub with a stand in shower . we then called in Five Star Bath Solutions for a quote. We were familiar with the process having worked with other vendors in the past for similar services. We were pleasantly surprised since the Bath Solutions team was very attentive to details , knew their stuff and cut to the chase quickly. We liked this a lot because they were very professional and clearly communicated timelines and were very accommodative with our needs. Rakesh then came in , walked us through in very fine detail and gave us the confidence that they have been there , seen it and done that which was critical. Then they were able to get us started earlier and we had the entire install done in one day and we were able to use the shower. They also gave us time to use it so that we knew that the quality was outstanding and any minor issues were addressed right away. All along a very great experience with Bath Solutions and would refer them to anyone else needing their services."

"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."
