Fox performed a stucco inspection in connection with our purchase of a home. The representative was professional, timely, pleasant and competent. I have zero complaints.

Called Fox Residential/David Mahaffey for a second time after my first deal didn’t pan out. He delivered excellent service as he did the first time! I highly recommend Fox and depended on them 100% to provide all the tiny details needed to make an educated decision.

Grant was parked outside completing paperwork in his truck well before our scheduled inspection time, so at 9 AM he was ready to go. As soon as he came inside, he asked if we had any questions before he got started, then he immediately got to work. He was very respectful of the home. He was extremely thorough in the inspection. He answered any question I had with patience (and I had many!) and said he was glad to answer anything while he was there and it was fresh in his mind, but also offered to let me call him anytime and go through the report line-by-line if I needed to. Within a few hours he was done and he gave me an overview of any issues he found. The following report was incredibly detailed and indicated which issues were more serious than others which is a big help as a first-time homeowner. Overall, i had a wonderful experience with Grant and Fox Residential Services Group and would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!

Fox was on a list of inspectors recommended by our agent. A little pricier than the others, but well worth it! They found issues with 2 major parts of the house that allowed us to go back to the seller and get almost $15k back! Beyond that, John Gray was great. He explained everything in detail and made sure that we understood how severe, or not each issue was. We feel much more confident in the house after using Fox!

We had Fox Inspection Group come out for a general home inspection, terminite inspection, and pool inspection. We were very pleased with their scheduling, communication, and final reports! John was very communicative both during and after the inspections, and has been very open with us with reaching out anytime after our inspection for further clarification. Would recommend!

We were referred to Fox by our realtor. Incredible experience. They were available the next day, which provided an incredible experience. Towel down as they entered, booties on, snacks and drinks provided to the buyers. Overall 12/10 service. Our inspectors were Marty & Ryan. I can not say enough good things. They were honest, thorough, and explained everything in fantastic detail. I would absolutely use them for any type of home purchase from now on. The appt was for 8:30 but they were there long before starting on the outside so they wouldn't take so long. It took around 4-5 hours for a 2000sqft home but it went by quickly as it was a totally pleasant experience.

Chris with Fox was great. He did a very thorough job and was very open to answering all of our questions. He made sure to explain the process and the intricacies to us, as we are first-time home buyers. I would highly recommend Fox Inspections based on our experience!

The Inspector, Richard Flores was right on time and took his time to be thorough in his inspection of property. Before he was finished, allowed the buyer to come in and he took his time discussing some finding that were concerning and was patient with the buyer's questions. Report was ready in less than 24 hours. Overall, an outstanding job and would highly recommend!

Fox Inspections did a great job for us. There were several hidden issues with a house I had under contract and Fox was able to find them and accurately explain to me what they were and how that might affect the sale.

Inspector pointed put D for deficiency seemed like almost all of the 40 pages with supporting frightening pictures.....saved me from a nightmare house ......he also noted for me to take pictures myself of certain items for future proof.....that also helped me see that something was wrong with the old house

The inspector was to put and professional. He took time to explain everything to me and showed we what could be fixed on my own. I greatly appreciate the thorough job. It out my mind at ease that I now know exactly what I need so that service providers can’t upsell me on services that aren’t needed.

Fox did an amazing job with the home inspection for a house on which we made an offer. Grant Miller was the inspector, and he did an unbelievably professional job, crawling into the pier-and-beam space, flying a drone to the roof, inspecting cabinets and HVAC units alike. Then, at the end, he clearly explained all of the relevant big picture and detail items, and wrote a comprehensive and easily understandable report. I highly recommend these folks!

Bill was extremely professional and thorough. They showed up with all covid ppe, snacks for us and early to site. The inspection was thorough and Bill also shared his wisdom on the lifespan of various appliances from his experience, which we highly appreciated. We also had mold inspection done for our house and had found high humidity levels the master shower wall. Bill was able to inspect it further with fancy gadgets that could detect leaks. His experience and use of latest tech gave us an additional level of reassurance. Would highly recommend hiring them.

Excellent. The Inspector, Arash Dinyarian, Did a great job. He checked everything and explained all the issues to me. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He sent a complete report right after the inspection. His report helped me a lot in the negotiation with the seller.
