The technician was very diligent in his attempts to repair the refrigerator issue. The compressor turned out to be the issue, which is covered by the manufacturer and would be void if he attempted to fix it. I appreciated his efforts and recommendations very much.

The fridge was not cooling. They fixed the drain line, cleaned the compressor coil, fixed the damper and the Olgi motor to enable the dispenser to work. Very polite and professional!

They arrive promptly as per the appointment time and even called me earlier. The technician was professional and was able to identify the issue without wasting any time. It seemed they knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the level of professionalism they have presented in getting the work done.
