"Ryan was great to work with. He came out gave us a fair estimate for carpet cleaning and came on time the day of the carpet cleaning service . "Angel was punctual, courteous and professional. We needed some new padding replaced under our carpet due to water damage, as well as stretching and steam cleaning the carpet. He and another crew member completed the work quickly and his rate was reasonable. I later noticed a couple of humps in the carpet that needed to be stretched out after the carpet dried from the steam cleaning. I contacted Angel about it, and he returned the next day to fix it. Thank you for the great work and professionalism!"

"I hired Archer Carpet as well as a house cleaning service from Home Advisor for a one time move-out cleaning of a rental. I was not present to verify so I can only assume they did a great job because I received my FULL security deposit back from the property mgmt. company we were renting from which was awesome. They also left a receipt in the house as requested."

"Bright Morning Star cleaned my couch and tile floors. I dont trust cleaners because Im a clean freak myself and can spot missed details; however, I due to busy life, Ive needed help. I wouldn’t have any other cleaner do the job because he gets those areas others miss. I also like the transparency and honesty. If he cant do the job, he’ll tell you straight up. For example, I had I water heater break and it flooded my carpet. He told me straight up that its an insurance situation. He was right; I got brand new floors. Im a satisfied loyal customer."

"Great job, thoroughly cleaned both plenums (in and out), reattached ducts after cleaning (from plenum down and from duct grills up), duccts repositioned in the attic, blower disconnected and taken down for thorough cleaning. All furniture and stuff was vinyl-sheet covered. Vents were repositioned correctly. House smells fresh now. Fast, clean, efficient. Reasonable also, easy to work with.
