"The living room carpet has some set in stains that even they didn't think they could get out. Amazingly all the stains came out, the carpet looks brand new again and it is 11 years old. They never tried to sell us anything as other companies have in the past, just went to work, finished in an hour and was extremely nice and professional. Will definitely use again. "
