"We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.

"The followup visit went great. The technician was very professional and courteous. The warranty they have is excellent, and they will do whatever needs be done to get a house leveled out. In my case, our house continued to settle after they had done some work, and they are out to followup and to determine what additional leveling needs to be done to get the foundation level. "Very responsive to our immediate needs, when our home flooded. They got the wet floors pulled up and the leak fixed. Due to not having extra flooring, we had to pick out replacement flooring and carpet from our initial install in 2016. That said, with the flooring being under the kitchen cabinets, the cabinets had to be pulled out and reset. They did a great job getting that done and putting down the new laminate flooring. However, the final details for finishing up leave a lot to be desired. There are nicks here and there, touch-up paint looks like it was done by a child. Then I got a final bill and before I paid him what was due, I wanted to first review it with the insurance company, just to make sure it was all as they expected it to be. He got nasty! He did not disconnect from the call he and I were on, when he and his son had a very nasty discussion about us, how much money we had, that we drive nice cars, and live in a nice home. Would not hire again!"
