The subs they used were professional always striving to ensure we were totally satisfied. Darin and Andrew were interacting with us daily and were on top of all requirements. What started as a screen porch evolved to a 365 day sunroom that exceeded all our expectations. If youâ re looking for the cheapest these arenâ t your guys. If you want quality and a solid return on your investment I would strongly recommend Royal Homes of Texas!

Darin & Andrew Lauer are a father/son team who are both exceptional. When you have a project to be done, they really listen, discuss your wishes, propose a solution, present a price and timeframe, and follow through. When a project begins, one or both of them visits the job site often and constantly evaluate the work being done. They are not afraid to point out to workers any deficiencies and then expect and get remediation. Prices are fair and workmanship is exceptional. Professionalism is foremost. They are exceptionally easy and pleasant people to work with. They have never been pushy, and have always been thorough.
