"My 2006 home started showing cracks in the walls a couple of years ago and became much worse this year. Through research I learned that it is most likely a foundation issue, especially in the area I live in. After having disastrous experiences with "cheap" contractors hired for other jobs, I was in no mood to take my chances so I invited two companies with best reviews to give me an estimate. Guess what, after reading that Pinnacle is a 3 generation foundation repair company and $8000 less expensive, the decision was easy. My house had sunk by 3.2 inches on one side and 2.2 inches on the other side. Everyone I interacted with at Pinnacle did an excellent job at what their function was. From the nice ladies on the phone to the workers who actually did the work, everyone was superb. I would like to give a special recognition to the following three because I had the most interaction with them: Nate – evaluator - very knowledgeable and did an excellent job doing the initial measurements and presented a professional report Crew Chief – Jairo - supervised the crew while doing the work himself Supervisor that lifted – Agustin - made sure that the house was lifted to the exact requirements After the job was done, a plumber came by to make sure there there were no leaks due to broken pipes and then a third part evaluator came to make certify that the house was raised to the proper levels. Finally, I received warranty documents from Pinnacle after the final certification was done. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend."

"I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was with this company! We were needing leveling of our home foundation and our driveway. This company was very quick to respond, get a quote, do the work, and clean up after themselves. Their crews were second to none! "We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.
